We are looking for Spotter Drivers in Jacksonville, IL. Receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus and amazing benefits including 401k match, dental, vision, medical, and life insurance, maternity/paternity leave, and 7 paid holiday and 10 vacation days year 1.

Starting pay is $21-24/hr depending on experience with a $1 increase at 90 days. Flexible scheduling is available with 4 days on/3 days off, 3 days on/4 days off, or 5 day shifts.

Requirements: Class A CDL, 12 months OTR experience

Another year another award! Cox Transfer has been recognized since 2013 as a Smartway High Performer. We just received our 2024 recognition as a US EPA High Performer placing us in the top 10% of carriers in terms of reducing harmful emissions.

We are now averaging over 9.0 MPG in a Regional short haul business model, with our top drivers over 10.0 MPG.

Another year of being recognized for helping the environment and saving fuel! Reducing our carbon footprint by using less fuel is one way we can give back! We have spent a lot of time and money on ways to make our trucks more efficient and we have a fantastic fleet of drivers working hard to get better fuel mileage!
