Ahhh, harvest season. Amber waves of grain, trees heavy with red fruit, and green tractors plugging up the two lane roads. Don't forget the field trucks stopping in the middle of the road to turn into the farm! My favorite time of year.

Edit - I meant this as kinda funny, not complaining about farming. After 4 -5 times of going from 55 to 15 mph through Southern Oregon, I just thought I'd share. But, there's still always someone in my way, everywhere I go 😁

This YouTube journey has been an interesting one for sure. I'm still learning, trying to grow and improve, and I'm constantly making adjustments. When I get regular comments like this, it sure helps to keep up the motivation :)

Paul, a YouTube viewer in Florida, watches my videos with his grandson, Jack.

Paul sent me an email yesterday with a story, how he heard Jack out in his little workshop in the garage, sawing and pounding nails and after a while came in the house proudly showing off his handiwork.

It's his own license plate board! How awesome is that? I'm going to send him a few license plates from the west coast to add to his collection, looks like we may have a future plate collector on our hands! Looking good Jack!

Today while driving through the small town of Nixon, NV I spied a couple stray dogs sniffing and peeing on the tires of the Animal Control truck in the police station parking lot.

Whenever I see one of these trucks, I wish I had one. No idea why really, I just think they're cool as hell. Yesterday I got to crawl all around one. Powered by a 500HP Detroit engine, 8x8 (yes, EIGHT wheel drive), two steer axles (both front and rear) and TWO 55,000 lb winches. Anyone have one that I can drive around the yard? Please??

Sometimes I fantasize that Mr Bones was dosed with radiation, and when he gets angry, he becomes The Incredible Mr Bones. Then today I came home empty and he was pi**ed! Let that be a lesson to me... STAY LOADED

Let's do brakes! I just did all four sets of brakes on the tractor, I expect to fly though the windshield next time I have to stop quickly.
