📣 USA CAB LLC IS HIRING – PART-TIME DISPATCHER
We are looking to add a dependable, organized, and confident afternoon dispatcher to our team!
🕐 Limited afternoon hours available
🏠 Work from home if you are located in Findlay
🏢 If you live outside of Findlay, you will work from our office
💰 Paid commission per completed run – you earn commission for every run our drivers complete during your shift.
What does dispatching involve?
This position can be very fast-paced and hectic. You will be answering phones, communicating with drivers, scheduling rides, keeping track of multiple trips at once, and dealing directly with customers.
Our dispatchers are the first point of contact and the voice of USA Cab, so professionalism, patience, communication, and customer service are extremely important.
We are looking for someone who:
• Can multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Is comfortable answering and making phone calls
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Can handle difficult or frustrated customers when necessary
• Is dependable and takes their scheduled hours seriously
• Can think quickly and problem-solve
• Works well with drivers and understands the importance of teamwork
Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
