Don't we just love trying to call these contacts and no one answers, you leave a message, no one returns your call, and they expect you to be on time without confirmation that the load is a real load. We got there and the machine was not ready, oh wait, it was ready they got it confused with another machine so we waited after our appointment for 2 hours. And we get oh sorry. No detention nothing, like we don't matter. I'm so over this one sided BS.
