We cannot pick people up from different locations other than our designated spot and we do not pick passengers up from flights arriving at the Asheville Airport. We can however drop passengers off at the Asheville Airport if they have their car parked there, if they need to catch the bus at the airport bus stop or if they want to get a taxi or shuttle from the Asheville airport to their house/college/hotel, etc. What are your rates? Rates between Asheville and GSP are $65 one way and $100 round trip. Rates between Asheville and CLT are $85 one way and $140 round trip. Rates between CLT and GSP are $85 one way and $140 round trip. If traveling with a family member the rate for each additional family member is half price. Do I have to make a reservation to catch your shuttle? Yes reservations must be made before we will confirm pick up at the times we provide. If no reservations are made for a certain time we have shown on our website or ads we do not show up to wait for potential passengers. How do I make a shuttle reservation? You can go to the website www.ashevilleshuttle.com and click on the tab that says book it Charlotte or book it Greenville. There you will see drop down boxes where you can select the trip you want and enter your contact information. When you enter your phone number please make sure you do not put parentheses, spaces or dashes. Your request will not go through unless you enter only digits in that box. After you submit your shuttle request you will get an automated email thanking you for the request. That is not a confirmation! That just means that we have received your request and will check our schedule to see if we have an opening at the time you need. When we have scheduled your shuttle trip we will send you another email stating that we need pre-payment before confirmation or that your shuttle trip is confirmed. Is prepayment required? Passengers picked up in Charlotte or Greenville are required to prepay before 5:30am the day of their scheduled shuttle. We send a paypal link by email or payments can be made over the phone at 828-808-0013. If the passenger does not pay before 5:30am the day of their requested shuttle trip, the shuttle request will be taken off our schedule and a new request and booking will have to be made. We are a family owned, new business that just got started in 2012! Since we moved to Asheville in 2003 we saw a huge need for a shuttle service between the airports. We always flew from the Charlotte airport to our hometown out West and quickly got tired of driving our car, paying for all the gas and parking at the airport. We also hated to hassle family to take 4 hours out of their day to pick us up from the airport! It was our dream to open up a shuttle service that was affordable and available for multiple airports! Now we have hit the road and are excited with how much people appreciate our services! We currently have 1 driver for service to the two airports but in the future we plan on having more drivers, more pick up/drop off times available and an alternate pick up/drop off location near downtown Asheville!
