Hello our future partners,
First of all, we want to thank you for boosting us with your interest! 💪🏼
Second, we owe you a good experience on this page:
So we decided to introduce ourselves to you and start this journey together.
But, as we all know, It’s not interesting if we say everything now. đź«
So we created a Q&A game, scheduled every Wednesday. where we will share our mutual experiences and create not just a company, but a community.
So, we call you to join us this Wednesday.
We have a question and an answer for you:
We Work for the same cause, when did you stop believing in people in our industry and why?
“ Here at Dnb, the team has had experience working for various big companies in the trucking industry some of which were really good to work with, others not. We have seen everything the industry has to offer and have had experiences with all kinds of people.
So, we decided to be real and to admit to ourselves how things are. We all share one thing, the blame is on everyone in this industry.
So, here is our experience:
We want to make the industry a better place to work in, but we have experienced a lot of hurdles in the past.
We have been told every silly and stupid lazy excuse in the book.
“My mother died, two weeks in a row”
“My house exploded”
“My cat is sick so i cant work with you guys in the foreseeable future”
Which is why we want to work with the best.
The old school mentality drivers who are focused, responsible and reliable.
We don’t want anything to do with shifty brokers, who only look at drivers and anyone else as a number to be exploited and used for their financial gain.
We don’t want unreliable and slow dispatch, that cant even find you a load to make decent profit on, that finds you loads for less then 3$ a mile.
We have learned from our various experiences.
Have you?
It is a sad day when we lose our unity as truck drivers and dispatchers and something must be done to change the industry to where we don’t just survive, we thrive together.
Come and lend us your experience and ideas on how to create something special. Something personal. Something new.
Also, we appreciate all feedback from you, either if its negative or positive. Of course, we won’t take it personally. We know our worth and what we want to achieve and create.
Can’t wait to hear from you guys, thank you!”
