We are growing and seeking dependable individuals with customer service skills to join our team as a Permit Coordinator. Primary responsibilities will be receiving orders for OD/OW permits and Fuel/Trip permits from specialized carriers via phone, e-mail, or fax, updating client files, assisting Permit Consultants as needed, receiving issued permits from DOT offices, and completing client orders for invoicing. Previous experience is not required, as extensive training will be provided.
