I never like to make a post like this. We do not charge a booking fee, down payment or entire pre pay because we treat people how we want to be treated. You don’t have to worry about getting your money back if you have an emergency and have to cancel. That being said we expect to be treated the same way. We contact you a couple of days prior to pickup and you saying, “I thought I canceled, we didn’t think your van would have enough room for luggage” or “oh we decided to ride with friends” is NOT okay. We turn many people down that are needing transportation. That makes people have to keep looking and hurts our business. We do NOT want to start charging a booking fee or non refundable deposit. Be respectful. The majority are, it’s always the few. Sending good vibes your way:)

This is a great spot to visit before or after your cruise. If you haven’t visited Grand Galvez you are definitely missing out. This is a beautiful hotel.
