I am writing to let you know, I have sold Busy Bees Delivery LLC
The value of the business is created through the support of customers like yourselves. I have worked hard to ensure that the on-going business recognizes that customer interface, support, and processes are embedded in the underlying culture of Busy Bees Delivery
I have sought out a buyer who really appreciates the business, understands how to operate it properly, and is determined and capable of developing its future potential. The new owner, Debbie Birch recognizes that the price she is paying, includes a premium for the goodwill that has been created through good relationships with our existing customers. Debbie is eager to ensure that she protects that value by working hard to keep existing customers happy.
I will be staying on through a transition arrangement to ensure a smooth transfer of the business. Myself and the new owner, Debbie are available to answer any questions that might arise out of this change.
As the transition occurs, no major changes are planned for the business The new owners, however, will be seeking customer feedback to identify how additional customer value can be created.
The sale will be complete and Debbie, the new owner will be taking control as of December 1, 2022.

On a personal note, I would like to thank each and every one of you for the support and kindness you have shown me over the years. As much as I look forward to retirement and spending more time with my husband and grandchildren, I will miss my early morning conversations with each of you.
