This week we gathered our Ambulnz Nashville crew to do something simple but important: celebrate the people who make this operation run every single day. The banner behind them says it all — "Shining a Light on Your Excellence."

That's not a marketing slogan. That's how we genuinely feel about the men and women who put on this uniform, climb into one of our units, and go out into Middle Tennessee to take care of people.

EMS Week only comes once a year. But the appreciation we have for this crew? That's 365 days a year, every year.

Nurses Week 2026 — and our crews weren't done yet. 💙

What started as a single gesture turned into something bigger than we planned. Across the full week, Ambulnz Nashville crew members visited facility after facility across Middle Tennessee — stopping at nurses stations, walking floors, and making sure the nurses who work alongside us every single day felt seen and appreciated.

These aren't obligatory visits. These are relationships. The crew members in these photos work with these nurses regularly — they know their faces, they know their units, and they know how hard these professionals work every single shift.

Seeing our team take personal ownership of showing up for Nurses Week without being asked — that tells you everything about the kind of people we've built this market with.

This week, Ambulnz Nashville team members spread out across Middle Tennessee to visit nurses at multiple facilities, hand out gifts, and take a moment to say something that doesn't get said enough: thank you.

These aren't just professional visits. Every crew member in these photos works alongside these nurses regularly — picking up patients at their bedside, receiving handoffs at the nurses station, coordinating transfers at all hours of the day and night. These relationships are real, they're built over time, and they matter to the quality of care every patient receives.

This week, our Ambulnz Nashville crew made it their mission to visit as many nursing units as possible across Middle Tennessee to hand out gifts, share some smiles, and personally say thank you to the nurses who make our work possible every single day.

The relationships between our transport crews and the nursing staff at our partner facilities aren't transactional — they're built on trust, communication, and a shared commitment to the patients in their care. Every handoff, every bedside briefing, every time a nurse takes a moment to walk our crew through a patient's condition before a transfer — that matters. It makes every transport safer and every patient outcome better.

The Ambulnz Nashville team made a stop at a local emergency department today to celebrate the nurses who are the backbone of every healthcare facility we walk into. These are the professionals our crews work alongside every single day — and they deserve every bit of recognition this week and every week.

To the ER nurses across Middle Tennessee — your patience, your skill, your compassion, and your toughness don't go unnoticed. What you do is hard. What you do matters.

We would like to recognize those that helped in the St Jude Rock n' Roll Marathon this past weekend! This is a huge event that takes the combined efforts of several EMS agencies to manage and months of planning by multiple agencies to pull off successfully.

Not only does this event host over 25,000 participants, but this annual marathon has raised $18 million dollars for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital over the past 12 years. All sorts of emergencies typically occur at these events -- trips and falls, dehydration, syncopal episodes.... the emergencies are real and so is our response to help those that have chosen to help others.

We proud of our crews that volunteers for this event and the services they provide! 🙂
