Honored and humbled to be recognized as Small Business Owner of the Month. Thank you to everyone who has supported Get ’Em and Go Plus More over the years. It has been a privilege to serve our community, one ride at a time.

Earlier this week, I welcomed Becky Theis from Get Em and Go Plus More, LLC to my office in Lansing for her May Small Business of the Month award presentation. We discussed the beauty and history of the Michigan State Capitol building as well as the important work she does in our district providing reliable and safe non-emergency transportation services for residents of Eaton County and surrounding areas. What I didn’t expect were the relationships, conversations, and acts of kindness that would come along the way.

These flowers were a thoughtful surprise from a client, and they truly made my day.

Between clients today, Get ’Em and Go Plus More stopped by for lunch and a little office time.

It’s not always this nice. Most days, the office is a van, a parking lot, or a waiting room.

But every now and then, there’s an opportunity to enjoy some sunshine, support a local business, and catch up on the work that happens behind the scenes.
