Position Overview - CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

A CCR with ReadyRide fills a critical role in accomplishing our company mission day to day which is "moving people, touching hearts". You will talk to health plan members to guide them through their transportation needs and solutions, and you will schedule rides for ambulatory, stretcher and wheelchair patients to and from their medical appointments. ReadyRide provides a positive and energetic work environment which is ever-changing and challenging.
Compensation for our CCRs includes a competitive hourly wage, performance compensation, a company retirement plan + company match, paid time-off and sick pay plus Health Insurance benefits after 90 day probation period.

Job Requirement / Details

EXCEPTIONS: Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, and New Year’s Day. You may be “on-call” certain weekends
as well.

standards.

Transporting ambulatory, stretcher and wheelchair bound patients to and from their medical/dialysis appointments. We are accepting applications for full-time and part-time drivers.

Compensation:
$14.00/hr for training period; $14.50/hr for 1st 90 days; $15.00-$17.00 depending on advancement.

$1500 signing bonus after completion of 90 probation period.

Vacation Time (10 paid days off for full time employees), Sick time (5 sick days per year for full time employees), Up to $400 per month Production bonus, and Retirement Plan with company match after 1st 90 days.

Available for work primarily Monday through Saturday, 3:00 am to 10:00pm. EXCEPTIONS: Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and New Year’s Day. You may be “on-call” certain weekends as well.
Learn a basic knowledge of the NEMT industry and equipment
Learn a basic knowledge of privacy laws and adhere to company operational standards
Successfully complete driver “certification” courses and CPR training
Good physical strength and flexibility. Job requires loading, unloading, bending and reaching.
Wear and maintain work uniform and employee photo ID at all times on-duty.
Annual drug and background/DMV screenings.
Maintain daily communication by cell phone and handheld tablet computer.

Compensation:
Hourly rate is $14.00 for the approximately 3-week training period, and $15.00+ after 90-day probation, plus retirement plan, paid time-off, paid holidays.
