5 On 4 Wheels Transportation is looking for a reliable, flexible, friendly and attentive non-emergency medical transporter to be apart of our team. Driver must be able to pass drug test, background check and have a clean driving record. Looking for Part time availability 25-30 hours anytime between week Monday-Friday as scheduled.

Responsibilities required are driving & transporting assigned dispatched location to and from destination. Show up to work in a timely manner. Driver must adhere to Reporting such as Report back to the supervisor when clients have been dropped off at their destination when clients are picked up and dropped off after every dispatch, traffic delays en-route must be reported back to supervisor, report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor.

Skills & Education

Driving experience:

*Must possess a valid North Carolina Drivers License

*Must have a clean driving record with no points, High school diploma or GED required, non emergency medical transportation is a plus, certifications in the medical field First Aid/CPR certification a plus but not required, Customer service skills,

*NO FELONIES

*3 years minimum company/professional vehicle driving experience

*Effective communication is required for this job no exceptions. Must be able to have good vision, pick up at least 30lbs to prevent any injuries, must know how to help with operation of wheelchair assistance & on to vehicle, must be well rounded with people & children. Training will be required.
