Applicants must have exceptional phone etiquette, a good knowledge of the Vail Valley & Aspen/Snowmass, must know Word and Excel, and have the ability to multitask.

Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate. Part-time, Full Time DAY & EVENING shifts available (5am-1pm, 1pm-9pm)

Responsibilities and Duties.

* Applicants must be able to answer a high volume of calls and make reservations.
* Take taxi orders, input (type) orders into dispatch system quickly and accurately.
* Coordinate Activities between drivers and passengers.
* Assist with office projects as needed

* Must be organized*
* Must be familiar with Microsoft Office
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must have general local knowledge of the Vail Valley and Aspen/Snowmass

Pay

Hourly rate ($22 - $24 per hour)
