Operations Driver / Shipping Container Specialist
**Location:** Heber-Overgaard, AZ (Travel throughout Arizona and occasional out-of-state trips)
**Compensation:** Competitive Hourly Pay DOE (Depending on Experience) + Overtime + Performance Bonuses
About Us:
Bolt Adventures is one of Arizona's fastest-growing shipping container sales, rental, and transportation companies. We specialize in delivering and relocating shipping containers for homeowners, contractors, businesses, and commercial customers throughout Arizona and the Southwest.
We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual who wants more than just another driving job. This is an opportunity to become a key member of a growing company with room to advance into an operations leadership role.
Responsibilities:
*Deliver and pick up 20' and 40' shipping containers throughout Arizona.
*Complete occasional long-distance deliveries out of state.
*Pick up inventory from shipping container depots, including utilizing backhaul opportunities when available.
*Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
*Safely secure and transport loads.
*Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
*Organize and stage inventory in the yard.
*Assist with container inspections, cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
*Take before-and-after delivery photos.
*Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries.
*Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Qualifications:
* Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Experience towing trailers and hauling equipment preferred.
* No CDL required but a plus
* DOT regulation knowledge
* Ability to confidently back trailers and maneuver equipment.
* Mechanically inclined is a plus.
* Ability to lift 70+ pounds.
* Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight for long-distance runs.
* Flexible schedule and motivation to seek more opportunities
