MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR THE GRAND OPENING OF THE ECUSTA TRAIL!
July 18th - Grand Opening Celebration of the Ecusta Trail! Henderson County, the City of Hendersonville, Downtown Hendersonville, the Tourism Development Authority (TDA), and Friends of Ecusta Trail invite you to a landmark day as they celebrate the official opening of the Ecusta Trail! This exciting event will bring together residents, outdoor enthusiasts, and community leaders to mark the beginning of a new chapter in recreation and regional connection.

⬇️ SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

2:00PM – Opening Ceremony
Join them at the TDA Trailhead Pavilion on Main Street for a festive kickoff featuring guest speakers, community recognition, and special announcements.

3:00PM – Ribbon Cutting
Gather at the bridge near Fresh Market as they officially open the Ecusta Trail with a celebratory ribbon cutting.

3:30PM – Trail Opens!
It’s time to ride, walk, or run! The trail is officially open to the public—bring your bikes, lace up your shoes, and be among the first to enjoy this scenic route. Whether you're a cyclist, runner, or a parent out with the kids, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
