As word gets out, we wanted to share with all of our dear friends, our valued customers and our amazing colleagues across the trucking industry, we have made the decision to sell Weinrich Truck Line and let Donna enjoy her retirement!

As of yesterday, November 21st, 2024, we have become a division of the Heniff Transportation Systems. Heniff is located in Oak Brook, Illinois and is a recognized leader in the liquid bulk transportation sector of the trucking world. Our team is pleased and excited to join forces with such an amazing industry leader such as Heniff.

While this is an exciting time for us as a company, it is bittersweet moment as well for all of our family. Weinrich Truck Line was started back in 1960 as Bill and Donna's baby. They worked tirelessly to build it into a growing and thriving business. In 1994, when Bill passed away, Donna took this bull by the horns and continued to run it and succeed, even during some difficult times and trying circumstances. We are beyond proud of her! We are also extremely grateful for all the employees that have been with us throughout this journey.

Going forward, although we may have a different name on the side of the trucks, the Weinrich team will still be here and will continue to operate as we have over the years, with the same dedication to our employees and our continued commitment to service for our customers. We are also looking forward to all of the new and exciting possibilities of what the future will hold for us all!

This week, we take a moment to recognize and celebrate all of the incredible contributions of truck drivers across the country. These hardworking individuals are the backbone of our economy, ensuring that goods and essentials are delivered safely and on time, no matter the distance or weather conditions.

From food and medical supplies to everyday products, truck drivers keep our shelves stocked and our businesses running smoothly. Their dedication and long hours on the road often go unnoticed, but their impact is felt by everyone.

We here at Weinrich, appreciate our truckers every week of the year but would like to show them a little extra this week! Join us in thanking our truck drivers for their unwavering commitment and resilience. If you see one of our truck drivers this week, give them a wave or a friendly honk to show your appreciation. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Over the Road Drivers to join our team in Hinton, IA. As an Over the Road Driver 🚛at Weinrich Truck Line, you will be responsible for transporting food grade bulk liquid across long distances in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Over the Road Driver; tank experience preferred.
• Must have tank endorsement
• Clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay and Benefits:
• Top 5 drivers in 2023 averaged 95K for the year
• Extra pay for Canada crossing; detention pay; breakdown pay and clean DOT inspection
• 6 paid holidays; Paid Time for Orientation days; Sign on bonus paid; Recruiting bonus available
• 401k plan available after 1 year of service with matching contributions
• Health Ins with Wellmark available
• Dental Ins provided for employee with coverage of family available
• All trucks are 2020 or newer and equipped with refrigerators

As we all know, we have to "Go Forward". Even in the darkest days, we have to keep going. With that said, it is time we recognize that we have to find someone who can help us cover some of the duties Ranae handled for us every day.
While we know we will never replace her, for now we are looking for the following person:
**Dispatch experience is ideal, not 100% prerequisite. We can train to our system.
**Attention to detail is critical!
**Great attitude is essential and good customer support skills are crucial.
**Solid driver relationship building abilities is vital as well.

Our family would like to express our most heartfelt THANK YOU for all of the wonderful and amazing love and support that was shown to us in this incredibly difficult time. There were so many who reached out, brought food to the house, gave much needed hugs, sent flowers, gave a memorial in her name or just simply included us in their prayers. Each and every gesture was felt, cherished and appreciated far more than what can be expressed. It is in times like this that living in "small town Iowa" is a blessing beyond measure, as is the power of the internet and letting us feel loved and connected to all of our friends and family across the country. You all made us feel very loved and for that we will be eternally grateful!
God's blessings to you all and eternal rest and peace for our beautiful mom, grandma, daughter and sister!
