Driver Sign On Bonus of $5,000.
Employee Retention Bonus paid quarterly – New Employee $250 for the first quarter, $500 second quarter, $750 third quarter and $1,000 fourth quarter. 2nd year will be $1,000 per quarter. 3rd and 4th year $1,500 per quarter. 5th year $2,000 per quarter.
Company paid Health, Vision and Dental insurance.
9 paid Holidays.
Home every night.
(PTO) Personal Time Off of 5 days, increasing by one (1) day per year after the first up to a total of 10 days after the 5th year. Time does not carry over to the next year.
Requirements
Class A CDL with valid medical card.
Have 1 year verifiable tractor trailer experience.
No accidents within 2 years.
Be able to work Monday thru Fridays and some Saturdays.
Be able to be at work on time.
Be able to work 12 – 14 hours per day, up to 70 hours per week.
Be able to use Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
Be able to drive and operate tractor trailer with frameless dump trailer safely.
Be knowledgeable and follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Be able to do pre and post trip inspections each day.
Be able to follow site specific rules at customer sites.
Be able to climb up and down from tractor and/or trailer.
Be able to lift 50lbs.
Be able to clean out trailer when needed.
Keep truck and trailer outside washed and inside clean.
Be able to keep up with and turn in daily paperwork.
