Reaching beyond superficial and meeting Mental health needs as well. Being alone or depressed not knowing what your future holds or thinking the worst about what life you've been given can be confusing and hard to accept. Mental Health is Very important when caring for yourself. If you are unable to take care of you mental health it can get in the way of other health needs. This is why Companionship and being a friend or extended family is important to for the healing process as well as whole healthy. MENTAL is just as important as Physical.

I've been trained in how to help recover patients faster so they can get function back and feel more themselves.

I'm devoted in offering another way, so when sometimes you may have your plate full and your mom or sister need to have that additional love and support, I can be an extended member ensuring they get what they need so you can still handle other daily tasks.
