Had my first student yesterday. 😃 I was nervous but I held my own. I’ve taught Early Childhood for 17 years and the skill set is similar…. ANTICIPATION. Adults are a little different…easier and longer attention spans. I’m on my way to teach another today. I’ve been so focused on only dispatching and keeping my driver’s moving; that without my husband’s support and pointing out this opportunity, I would’ve let it pass me by. Y’all stay focused. Learn all you can , stay ”In the room” of the industry pushers!!! Even if you feel uncomfortable!!!You can do it.

ATTENTION!!!Owner Operators, your contracted Dispatcher is your FRIEND, & NOT your PROSECUTING ATTORNEY! We have your best interest at heart! No need in with holding the "ugly" stuff as though we won't find out cuz I WILL GAURANTEED!!! It won't change my work ethic for you but knowing in advance sure as hell makes my work easier. 😏
