Vehicle drove over a railroad tie into a big hole. Towfessional Towing Jacked up the Vehicle and pulled the ties out and then built a sturdy little bridge to set the Vehicle back down on and then reverse off.

Customer was waiting 4 hours for her insurance and ford pass to find her a tow on Watson rd. She said 4 other tow companies were supoosed to show up but never did so BGM Automotive told her to call me and I had her picked up in 30 minutes. Stop using your insurance to find a tow. Big ol electric amazon van stuck nose first down a small incline. No room for me to get around him to pull straight back since its rained all day and the Field behind him is soggy. Hate doing these kinds of pulls as it's hard on my bed. It was twisting and pulling my truck sideways but I had to get the job done to get paid.
