🌟 HISTORIC MOMENT FOR TEXAS: Breaking Barriers in Dementia Care 🌟
Today marks a groundbreaking milestone for our state! For the FIRST TIME in Texas, a comprehensive ADRD (Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias) service project of this scale is launching right here in Fort Worth.
Dr. Bashir Easter, founder of Melanin Minded and Navigator Transportation, is leading the charge to create dementia-capable transportation services specifically designed to serve seniors, caregivers, and individuals living with ADRD.
Why This Matters:
Transportation is often the invisible barrier that prevents families from accessing critical healthcare, social activities, and support services. For communities already facing health disparities, this gap can be devastating. Navigator Transportation isn't just about rides it's about dignity, independence, and ensuring that NO family is left behind in the fight against dementia.
This movement represents what's possible when organizations unite with purpose. We're grateful to our incredible partners who believed in this vision:

Join us TODAY at the Como Community Center (4660 Horne St, Fort Worth) from 1:00-3:00 PM to learn how YOUR church or organization can be part of this transformative movement. Special THANK YOU to Edward Smith, Pat Spence, & Bishop Donald Hayes.
Together, we're not just changing transportation we're changing lives. 💜
