Proudly Serving Onslow County OUTS was incorporated in 1979. OUTS is a non-profit organization that provides public transportation to the residents of Onslow County. Transportation out of county is also available.

Jimmy has been part of the OUTS team for 11½ years and loves connecting with passengers and hearing their stories along the way. A lifelong Onslow County resident, he enjoys being part of the local community.

Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys spending time outdoors and working in his yard.
