Team member, Curt, had the opportunity to attend the SWEF visit, diving deep into the ins and outs of roadside inspections. We're committed to staying informed and ensuring safety on the road. This month's employee of the month is Jimmy Racinowski. He began driving professionally in 1971. In the last 53 years, he has driven all sorts of trucks between tow trucks and asphalt trucks, spending the last 19 years with our company. He is proud to share that he hasn’t had a traffic violation in 47 years (it was his birthday and he had his soon-to-be wife with him and he got pulled over for speeding- he said he wanted to get home!) Reflecting on his career, he jokes that his favorite part of the job is “getting out of the truck,” but he also values the independence that comes with driving. Outside of work, his hobbies include attending car shows, traveling, and fishing. His favorite travel destination is Arizona, where he loves the wide-open spaces and mountain scenery of the Southwest. Congratulations, Jimmy! We’re glad to have you on our team! years
