It is hard to put into words what that means.

What started as a small transportation company in 2006 has grown into something much bigger than trucks, trailers, technology, or buildings. GP Transco has become a company built by people — drivers, mechanics, driver managers, software engineers, office teams, customers, partners, families, and everyone who believed in us along the way.

Through every challenge, every mile, every late night, every big idea, and every step forward, one thing has remained the same: our people are the reason we are here.

Big news for drivers: GP Transco pay is going up.

Starting June 15, drivers on our CPM pay model can earn up to 72 CPM base, plus up to an additional 6 CPM through our ELITE Driver Program based on performance.

That means top-performing drivers can earn up to 78 CPM total — nearly $100,000 in their first year.

With the freight market improving, we’re excited to offer stronger pay, more home time flexibility, and even better opportunities for professional drivers.
