Judy Ruiz is the Founder and President of Blue Scorpion Carrier Services. Judy knows and understands what it takes to be a truck driver. She herself started on the road with her husband for a couple of years, and decide to pursue the industry a little deeper. Started in the Dispatch Department, and after experiencing all departments in the industry from Dispatch to Safety to Operations Manager now she presently holds a certificate of Safety Director and now she owns Blue Scorpion Carrier Services. It was a big challenge that she never thought she would be able to assist so many individuals with no experience in the industry, companies with so little knowledge in safety and compliance, and the best of all owner-operators or drivers to achieve their dream. Their dream of running their own operation doesn’t matter how big or small their fleet is, THEY HAVE FULL CONTROL” of their business and that’s the best feeling ever. It might sound like it was easy to get to where she's at today because she doesn’t express her up’s and downs’ bumps and bruises but she can reassure you it was not an easy roller-coaster.

Judy Ruiz es la fundadora y presidenta de Blue Scorpion Carrier Services. Ella misma comenzó a viajar con su esposo durante un par de años durante este tiempo obtuvo su licencias CDL clase A y decidió dedicarse un poco más a la industria. Comenzó en el Departamento de Despacho, y después de experimentar todos los departamentos de la industria, desde Despacho hasta Seguridad y Gerente de Operaciones, ahora tiene un certificado de Directora de Seguridad y ahora es propietaria de Blue Scorpion Carrier Services fue un gran desafío que nunca pensó que podría ayudar a tantas personas sin experiencia en la industria, empresas con tan poco conocimiento en seguridad y cumplimiento, y lo mejor de todos los operadores propietarios o conductores para lograr su sueño. Su sueño de dirigir su propia operación no importa cuán grande o pequeña sea su flota, ELLOS TIENEN EL CONTROL TOTAL ”de su negocio y esa es la mejor sensación que jamás haya tenido.
