($3.50) for the first one-eighth(1/8)mile or forty (40) seconds and twenty-five cents(0.25)for each addition one -eighth(1/8) mile or forty seconds. A charge for handling articles should be agreed upon between the parties prior to the commencement of the trip.If the particular charge are not discussed prior the trip , there should no additional charge to the passenger.
