Mountain Rides Mountain Rides Transportation Authority provides public transportation in the Wood River Valley. The Ketchum/Sun Valley Routes start at 7 am.

Our buses run 7 days a week and the Valley Route starts at 6:00 am from Bellevue going Northbound.

🐑🚨 We asked the sheep to share the road. They said “baaaa.” We’re taking that as a no. 😂

The Trailing of the Sheep Parade is happening tomorrow, Sunday, October 11, and our woolly friends have the right of way!

🚌 Heading to the parade? Leave the parking headaches behind and ride with us! Coming from Bellevue or Hailey? Hop on our FREE Valley Route and enjoy the festivities without worrying about finding a parking spot!

A couple of things to keep in mind:

🐑 Blue Route: Service will pause from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM for the parade.

🐑 Valley Route: Buses will continue running but will detour along 2nd Avenue during the parade.

Plan ahead, check your schedules, and give our fluffy friends plenty of room to strut their stuff! 🐑✨

We got lucky with front-row seats as the sheep made their way right past our building! 😍

We’re looking forward to this weekend’s festivities and, of course, the parade on Sunday!

We’ve loved being along for the ride with The Wood River Museum of History and Culture’s Story Tour this year! 📚🚌

A big thank you to Kristine Bretall, Wendy Jaquet, and all of the wonderful volunteers who put so much time and care into making these Story Tours happen. It was a pleasure welcoming you aboard and seeing the stories, conversations, and connections that come from each trip.

There’s still one more Story Tour before the year wraps up! Join us this Friday for the final tour of 2026.

Thank you to the entire Story Tour team for all that you do. We’ve enjoyed having you on board this year and already look forward to seeing you again! 💙

New schedules will take effect for the Valley, Hailey, Blue, and Airport Routes beginning Monday, October 5.

If you ride one of these routes, take a few minutes to preview the new schedule and plan ahead before the changes begin! 👀

With October 5 right around the corner, this is your friendly reminder to take another look at the new schedules! 👀

Whether you ride every day or just once in a while, take a few minutes to get familiar with your new schedule and plan your trips accordingly. It might save you from wondering later, “Wait… when does my bus come?” 😅

🤠 Heading to the Wagon Days Parade? Skip the parking hassle and let us get you there!

If you're coming from Bellevue or Hailey, hop on the Valley Route and ride with us to Ketchum... for FREE! 🚍 We recommend catching the 10:00 AM northbound run to get into town early, find your spot, and enjoy some time before the parade.

Running a little late? The 11:00 AM northbound run can get you there too!

A few service changes to know before you go:
🚌 Silver & Blue Routes: No service from 12-3 PM during the parade
🚧 Valley Route: During the Main Street closure, buses will detour along 2nd Avenue and return to Main Street once the road reopens.

Before heading out, check your route's schedule page for schedules and detour information.

Leave the car (and the parking hunt!) behind, enjoy Wagon Days, and let us do the driving!

🤠 ¿Vas al desfile de Wagon Days mañana? ¡Evita la preocupación de buscar estacionamiento y déjanos llevarte!

Si vienes desde Bellevue o Hailey, toma la Ruta Valley hasta Ketchum — ¡completamente GRATIS! 🚌 Te recomendamos tomar el recorrido hacia el norte a las 10:00 AM para llegar con tiempo, encontrar un buen lugar y disfrutar un poco antes de que comience el desfile. ¿Vas a salir un poco más tarde? ¡También puedes llegar tomando el recorrido de las 11:00 AM!
