Our Accounting Department is growing!

Please join us in welcoming Sydney Odom, the newest addition to our Accounting team. Sydney brings a strong background in retail management and accounting, along with a genuine passion for numbers.

In her retail management days, Sydney was the person you called when a spreadsheet needed to be built, fixed, or saved at the last minute. “Spreadsheet Queen” feels like a fair title.

Sydney also has experience with chargebacks, P&Ls, and budgeting, so she is more than ready to hit the ground running.

With years of driving experience under his belt, Arlie can handle just about anything, dump trucks, heavy equipment, even a dry van without breaking a sweat. He says he’s been driving since he can remember, so it’s safe to say this isn’t his first rodeo… or haul.

He’s ready to roll out, and we’re excited to have him keeping both our wheels and our projects turning.

Meet Jay Kumar, the Chef and General Manager for Naan Stop (coming soon to BIR Travel Plaza). He brings years of experience specializing in authentic Indian cuisine and leading high-performing teams. Jay recently relocated to Knoxville and has already begun exploring the city.

He’s excited to introduce a menu featuring authentic, made-from-scratch Indian dishes. With a true passion for creating delicious meals, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest food safety standards, Jay is a wonderful addition to our team.
