What a way to wrap up the Blue Mountain Cutters Finals! I was bummed, but we made the right decision to scratch my mare from showing today, due to an injury she sustained while showing yesterday.. She was in the lead, and holding STRONG! I came today to support the other riders, take pictures and be there to see who won the lazer etched trophies that my side hustle (☆ E & H Lazer Engraving ☆) made, for the classes we sponsored.. I was pleasantly surprised that my mare had held enough points, that we TIED for CHAMPION, in the Ramch Horse class! What's even BETTER, is that we tied with a horse we sold, that was born and raised here at The Remuda Ranch!! Since Heidi Nelson was here and showed Seven, it was only right for her to pick between the Champion belt buckle, and Reserve Champion breast collar.. That buckle should make you PROUD, Heidi Nelson!! You have a great horse and the BEST Trainer that got the two of you, to where you are today!! A HUGE THANK YOU to Ron Schumacher for training these horses right! Life is great, when GREAT horses are under your butt! Seems that the sky's the limit!!! My saddle will be adorned with this breast collar, and will be worn with PRIDE!
