Keeping up on maintenance is extremely important when it comes to the industry and sometimes trucks can be down for days or even weeks while you wait for parts to come in but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be able to continue working. At we lease all of our equipment through the and while we get some routine maintenance done and wait for a new part to come in, always comes through and gets us a rental unit. January 13th, 2018 Phillip purchased his first truck, it was a used 2012 with 460,000 miles on it and he knew absolutely nothing about trucking. Since was a brand new company it was extremely hard to find a trailer company that would work with us since they all require a certain amount of time in business, so we took anything we could get, usually a much older trailer with tons of mechanical issues that always needed to be repaired. Fast forward to 3 and a half years later it is amazing that we now have 6 brand new 2022 trailers. 🎉🎉 We are extremely excited to have our company name put on them soon and even more thrilled our first driver is still with the company since day 1 and has been promoted to operations manager!

Phillip's Roadway Services is looking for Class A CDL drivers for one of our brand new Trucks! We run dedicated Dry Van freight from Ontario, CA to Denver, CO. You constantly pass through Las Vegas 2-3x a week to be able to sleep at home and have 34 hour resets at home!

We are looking for Class A CDL Drivers with a minimum of 2 years experience! Start immediately at .50 cents per mile. Run approximately 3,000 to 3,500 miles per week in one of our BRAND NEW 2020 - 2022 Automatic Freightliner Cascadia's or Volvo's! Weekly Direct Deposit Available!!
