I made 7500 last week for one of my box truck clients. I don’t guarantee anything, but my goal is to never go under 5k. I almost always exceed that goal and have never gone under it since I started dispatching. Some of the fees come from layover, but I typically don’t go under $1.85 rpm for box trucks . Keep striving you guys cause it’s money to be made!

Carrier made over 5k this week. All loads with DH less than 50miles. I don’t have all the answer, but I work smart not hard. I ensure my clients pocket a profit beyond than just paying for gas, insurance, maintenance, etc.. Dispatching is more then just booking loads.

Carrier started today, and already have him booked until Thursday morning; which I’ll probably have booked by tomorrow for Friday. Another Carrier has a dedicated lane Monday evenings and delivers on Tuesday morning. I managed to squeeze in another trip before they return to their dedicated lane for Wednesday evening on to Thursday morning. It’s simply called maximizing profit. When I say strategically book loads that exactly what I mean! I genuinely appreciate the people growing, learning, and teaching me to develop as a dispatcher.
