Some of aviation’s most important work happens long before departure.

Every mission begins with preparation, precision, and the expertise of aviation maintenance technicians who ensure each aircraft is ready to perform when it matters most.

This Aviation Maintenance Technician Day, we’re recognizing the professionals behind the scenes whose dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to safety make every flight possible.

Thank you to our team — and to aviation maintenance technicians everywhere — for the work you do every day.

This EMS Week, we recognize the paramedics and EMS professionals whose expertise, compassion, and calm help support patients and families during some of life’s most challenging moments.

For teams caring for pediatric, neonatal, and medically complex patients, every transport requires thoughtful coordination, clinical excellence, and the ability to adapt when circumstances change.

Better outcomes are built together through dedicated professionals who show up prepared, lead with compassion, and help connect patients to the care they need.

To our flight paramedics and EMS professionals everywhere — thank you for the difference you make every day.

What an incredible few days at the ACMA National Conference.

Thank you to all the case managers who took the time to visit our booth and connect with our team — Mark Chapman, Mike Vallee, Elizabeth Fenger, and Erik Nemecek.

We truly value the conversations around complex care coordination, pediatric and neonatal transports, and the importance of trusted support when every detail matters.

Your dedication to patients and families continues to inspire us, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with so many passionate professionals throughout the week.

We’re already looking ahead to ACMA 2027 in Las Vegas and hope to reconnect with many of you at regional conferences throughout the year.

Until then, thank you again for all that you do.

The American Case Management Association National Conference is just around the corner, and we’re looking forward to being in Orlando with you.

These conversations matter — especially when you’re navigating complex patient needs and looking for experienced resources.

Our team — Mark, Mike, Erik, and Elizabeth — will be at Booth #507, ready to connect, answer questions, and share insights around clinical capabilities and insurance coverage for medical transport.

If you’ll be there, we’d be glad to connect.

Success in our industry often relies on bringing together the best elements available to put the patient first. To that end, the team at Medway Air Ambulance coordinated with Keystone Perfusion Services, PCKeystone Perfusion to safely transport a patient with an Impella device to the care they required. Removing barriers to transport while ensuring excellence in medical care isn't the most important thing - it's the only thing.

Heading to USTIA next week?

Our Chief Operating Officer, Matt Kinney, along with Mark Chapman and Mike Vallee from our Business Development team, will be in Orlando for the Annual Conference.

As global travel continues to expand, collaboration across travel assistance, insurance, and medical transport remains critical to delivering seamless care.

Looking forward to reconnecting with partners, meeting new faces, and continuing conversations around how we can better support travelers worldwide.

Let us know if you’ll be there — we’d love to connect.

Traumatic brain injuries remain one of the most serious workplace injuries, particularly in industries like construction and transportation, where risks are higher.

During Brain Injury Awareness Month, it’s an opportunity to highlight the long-term impact these injuries can have on recovery, rehabilitation, and a worker’s ability to return to work.

Access to specialized care and coordinated support plays a critical role in helping injured workers move forward.

March is Social Work Month.

There are more than 810,000 social workers in the United States, each working to build stronger, safer, and more equitable communities.

This year’s theme — Uplift. Defend. Transform. — reflects the advocacy, guidance, and dedication social workers bring to individuals, families, and communities every day. Thank you for the important role you play across healthcare and beyond.

Not a view you expect to see during a flight.

As the early morning sun rose, one of our medical crew members captured a launch to space illuminating the sky — creating the mesmerizing “space jellyfish” effect.
