E'S-Y Rider Transportation is please to announce that we are now H&M Transport Central Virginia office. H&M Transport started in Manassas VA in 2007, expanding and increasing services since. We are pleased to offer ambulatory, wheelchair and stretcher services to this area. H&M will service all E'S-Y Rider service areas. We have ceased transportation for the day due to the weather and poor road conditions. We have contacted patients for today 2/18, and we will make a decision for operations tomorrow 2/19 later in the day once we see what this system will produce today and how road conditions are/will be. We value the safety of drivers, patients and emergency service crews. Stay safe and stay home if possible!! ❄

As of 0700 we have ceased transportation for the day due to roads icing rapidly. We value the safety of drivers, patients and emergency service crews. We have contacted patients for today 12/16, we will make a decision for operations tomorrow 12/17 later in the day once we can guage what this system will produce today and how road conditions are/will be. Due to restrictions slowly being lifted in Virginia from COVID-19, we are seeing a slight increase in the number of Non-emergency Medical Transport clients. As always, please confirm your trip with the facility. If you need to cancel, please call your insurance provider and our dispatch line at 540-461-2467. We will continue to practice social distancing, use masks and sanitize our vehicles after each client. It is with sincerest regret that the company will be permanently closing taxi services effective today. We wish we had better news and nothing breaks our hearts more than having to announce this. In the last year, we have taken a huge hit financially due to an increase in auto insurance and overhead costs, a decrease in services provided, and most recently the COVID-19 pandemic. We are still operating the Non-emergency medical transport side with a very reduced workforce and will continue to do so as long as we can. We appreciate all of our loyal customers and hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy during these trying times!
