As my standard airport service, I offer curbside pick-ups:
I will keep tabs on your flight to know your exact arrival time. As soon as you land, you will have received a text from me with the location I’m waiting at (reason why I ask to provide a mobile number)
Once you reclaim your baggage, go to the curb and respond with a text message naming the zone you’re in with a letter and number (For instance, Zone B7). Since LAX policy, does not allow for vehicles to park at the curb and wait for passengers, drivers must circle the airport if you do not request meet-and-greet service. Please understand this can cause delays in pickup based on airport traffic conditions. I appreciate your patience. Meet-and-Greet Service is a premier airport car service option (upgrade):
I will be holding a sign with your name on it and waiting for you in the baggage claim area to then help you with the baggage and escort you to the car parked outside. Meet & Greet service is $40 as an upgrade. If you don’t have a phone number (domestic or cell phone), I will upgrade you and charge automatically for a Meet and Greet service. I want to ensure that my service is provided on time. This option is perfect for the elderly, VIP customers and anyone needing assistance with baggage. DO YOU OFFER FLAT RATES? WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES? At Eagle Rock Private Car Service, there are no hidden charges. My flat rate structure is simple, transparent and competitive so you have nothing to worry about! No additional charges for tax, no gratuity add on and no airport authority charge. Once you make a reservation and receive a confirmation, the booking price stated in the conversation is exactly what you’ll be charged for your trip. In case you are late and I start charging wait time according to my policy, I will send you an email/text/message notifying you of the additional costs. That amount is due right away. DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY? When you book a car service, the time slot you’ve requested is no longer available for other clients. So if you cancel your reservation late, I lose that reservation and any other potential business. If you contact me to cancel more than 72 hours in advance, you will be refunded any amount paid minus a cancellation fee ($25)
If you contact me to cancel less than 72 hours in advance, I reserve the right to give you a REFUND. However, please contact me as I might be able to give a partial refund in certain circumstances. Cancellation fee is $25
WHAT IF MY FLIGHT GETS DELAYED? WILL I GET CHARGED EXTRA? Rest assured there will be no extra charges. I know that you are not responsible for the delay. I also track all flights for LAX pickups. I use a tracking software that informs me of the exact flight arrival, this tells me where your flight is at that very moment. I offer complimentary wait time of 60 minutes on an international flights and 30 minutes if you are traveling on a domestic flight. WHAT IS THE ALCOHOL/DRUG POLICY? Alcohol consumption is only permitted if all passengers are 21 years of age or older. Illegal drug consumption or possession by any passenger is not permitted at any time. No smoking is permitted inside of the vehicle. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of service for ALL passengers, without a refund. I will be more than happy to stop for a smoke break during hourly service. AS YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMER DO I GET A FREE TRIP? Book a trip seven times and the eight one will be free of charge. Each and every reservation for your trip needs to be booked under the same address and name. You need to use your 8th trip in the same calendar year as the first seven trips that you booked. You cannot use the 8th free trip in the upcoming year. Any reservations made during the previous year don’t count. I won’t take them into account when summing up the number of your trips in order to give you a bonus trip for this year. DO YOU PROVIDE CHILD CAR SEATS? I want to make sure that your kids are safe and secure during a ride and I’ll provide you with a forward-facing, rear-facing, or booster at a cost of $20 ($30 round trip) I will install a car seat before arriving to the designated location except when you’d prefer to do it yourself. HOW WELL DO YOU MAINTAIN YOUR VEHICLE? My vehicle is always in excellent shape and working order so I can meet all your airport car service needs. I keep both the exterior and interior immaculately maintained and in a pristine condition through cleaning, vacuuming, and washing. I take pride in the condition and the quality of my vehicle. Your safety is of the utmost importance for me so the vehicle upholds the highest standard of quality, endurance and performance. WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES? I make a commitment to my customers of no surprise or additional fees. Book with Eagle Rock Private Car Service, and I promise to never charge additional fees after booking. Many other companies may charge you additional fees in the form of fuel surcharges, peak-demand surcharge, taxes, additional passenger surcharges, etc. At Eagle Rock Private Car Service, the rate quoted at the time of booking is all-inclusive minus gratuity. Gratuity is NOT included in the fare, although tipping is strongly encouraged for good service. NOTE: Charges that may be added to your quoted fare are limited to:
Rescheduling/changing your reservation details outside the allowed notice window
No-show or late departure by the customer
Additional stops requested by the customer
Unusual damage to the vehicle beyond reasonable wear and tear caused by the customer or for smoking inside (non-smoking) vehicle. COVID-19 DO YOU REQUIRE PASSENGERS TO WEAR A MASK? Masks are optional during your trip. I wear a mask on all trips for your safety and mine but I don’t require passengers to wear one. If you choose to wear a mask or not that’s your choice and I respect that. As questions and concerns arise about COVID-19 (referred to as the Coronavirus), I have taken a number of precautionary measures to provide the highest level of protection for clients. Customers’ health and safety must continue to be a top priority in this industry during this time and beyond. Since the biggest factor of this business is working with the public so cleanliness is something I’m always cognizant of. I have taken the following steps to mitigate the potential spread of the virus…..
•Vehicle cleanliness and disinfection protocols on the daily and weekly upkeep.
•Stocked hand sanitizer in the vehicle for passengers to use.
•Wipe down all shared surfaces after each trip. WHAT IS THE TIPPING/GRATUITY POLICY? I believe tipping should be commensurate with service. Although not included in your fare, 20% is the average tip for service. ARE TOLLS ADDED ONTO MY RIDE FARE? If traveling to/from LAX, you are responsible for the $5.00 toll, and it will be reflected in your fare. WHAT ARE THE FEES/POLICIES FOR EXTRA STOPS? No Charge For Unlimited Stops During Hourly Booking
Rate Inclusive Stops that are requested at booking are included in the fare. The fee for the extra stop is due at the time the extra stop is requested.

WHAT ARE THE FEES/POLICIES FOR LATENESS/TARDINESS BY THE CUSTOMER? Arriving late for your car reservation may result in additional wait fees. For airport trips, you are considered late if you arrive 60 minutes later than your scheduled pickup time. For all other trips, you are considered late if arriving more than 20 minutes later than your scheduled pickup time. Waiting fee: $25/ each 20mins
If you are more than SIXTY (60) MINUTES LATE for your pickup without calling me, I may CANCEL your pickup with NO REFUND. If you missed your reservation due to extenuating circumstances, a partial refund may be granted at my discretion. HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR RESCHEDULING MY TRIP OR CHANGING ITINERARY DETAILS? You may request an itinerary change at no charge with 72 hours advance notice. After 72 hours, if we are able to accommodate your request, there will be a rescheduling/change fee of $20
HOW WILL I PAY FOR MY RIDE? All rides must be paid for in advance or at the time of service. The deposit is 50% of your quoted fare. I accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay and Cash. WHEN CAN I BOOK A PICKUP? You can book your ride at any time but please keep in mind that I’m a small local business so I strongly recommend that you book a minimum of 72 hours in advance for assured service. WHEN CAN I GET PICKED UP? I can pick you up at any time you need airport transportation. I operate 24/7 for your convenience. WHERE CAN I REQUEST TO BE PICKED UP/DROPPED OFF? I can pick you up anywhere my vehicle can access. Examples:
A specific street address, such as 123 Elm St. A landmark such as LAX International Airport Terminal 1. When booking, the pickup and dropoff locations can be anywhere in California. WHAT FLIGHT INFO SHOULD I PROVIDE FOR AIRPORT RUNS? Please provide us with your airline, flight number and flight departure/arrival time. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

WHAT IS THE LOST-AND-FOUND POLICY? Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for any luggage or personal items left behind by passengers in the vehicle. If you have lost an item, however, please contact me and I will do my best to locate your lost item. If I notice the item left behind when cleaning the vehicle between customers I will contact you and hold the item until you pick up.
