⚜️ Crisis is not the only reason for your drivers to quit your company.
⠀
There are bunch of other factors as well.
⠀
To be more accurate there are 3 main reasons why drivers leave their job and look for another opportunity.
⠀
1️⃣ Pay - Be careful with what your recruiters promise to a driver when getting him hired. Most of the time drivers are unsatisfied because they were promised one thing and delivered another. If earnings of drivers in your company really dropped try to explain it to them and tell that you are already working on it.
⠀
2️⃣ Equipment - Drivers want to work. But, if they are not able to do it because of your trucks breaking down every other day then they will leave. Take care of your trucks and make sure they are in a good condition before providing them to drivers.
⠀
3️⃣ Micromanagement - Don’t try to over-control the driver. There is no need to call him every 5 minutes and ask him if he is rolling or not. That’s just unnecessary. If you do that your drivers will get tired of the headache and try to look for something else.
⠀
By the way, if you don’t have the issues above and looking to expand your fleet by hiring more drivers leave a comment saying «Hire more» and we will contact you to help you out.
