**Job Title: Courier Route Subcontractor**
**Location: Louisville and surrounding areas**

We are a well-established courier service company specializing in efficient and reliable delivery solutions for our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking experienced subcontractors to join our team and help meet the growing demand for our services.
**Job Description:**
- As a subcontractor for our courier company, you will be responsible for completing designated routes and deliveries within the specified timeframe.
- Manage your own schedule and workload efficiently to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide proof of car insurance and use your own vehicle to transport packages along assigned routes.
- Collaborate with the primary contractor and or secondary contractor to coordinate delivery schedules and maintain effective communication.
- Complete required drug testing and background checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
**Compensation:**
- Payment on a per job or route basis, with bi-weekly pay periods.
- Taxes filed under 1099-NEC as an independent contractor.
**Requirements:**
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Previous experience in courier services or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to pass drug testing and background checks.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
