🚕 HELP KEEP DEMOCRACY IN MOTION! 🗳️

We're rolling out something special!

Union Cab's limited-edition Democracy in Motion T-shirts are here, and we're on a mission to sell 50 shirts and raise $500 to help support our free Election Day rides to and from the polls.

Every shirt purchased helps keep this community program rolling, because getting to the polls shouldn't depend on having access to transportation.

💛 50 shirts. $500 goal. One community-powered mission.

👕 Available through November 9 only!

It's a great holiday gift idea for the democracy-loving people in your life, or grab one for yourself and proudly show your solidarity with Madison's local worker-owned taxi cooperative!

Something new is taking shape at Union Cab.

On Saturday, October 3, we’re joining Madison Public Art Project to officially unveil City Connections, a new community-inspired mural by Madison artist Amy Zaremba, created from stories, photos, and audio shared by people across our city.

The theme? Connection. Something a worker-owned transportation cooperative knows a little bit about.

Come see the finished mural, hear from the artist, make some art of your own, and spend an afternoon with neighbors from across Madison.

Saturday, October 3
1–3 PM
Union Cab, 2458 Pennsylvania Ave.
FREE (registration appreciated)
Rain or shine

Conditions in the area have changed quickly over the past several days. Our drivers will continue following current street access and safety conditions, and pickup or drop-off locations may need to be adjusted if streets become temporarily blocked again.

Please allow a little extra time when traveling through the area. For help arranging the safest and closest available meeting point, call Union Cab Dispatch at 608-242-2000.

Heading to AC/DC at Camp Randall Stadium this Sunday? Don’t take the "Highway to Hell" trying to find parking. Let Union Cab give you a "Shot in the Dark" at getting there on time. And when the show is over, we’ll be ready to help you "Ride On" safely home.

Check the map for our concert pick-up and drop-off spots, then call 608-242-2000 when you’re ready to ride.

Yes, we packed entirely too many AC/DC song titles into this post. But one more, then we're good...

"For Those About To Rock (and ride local), We Salute You"!!!🤘🤘

What a weekend. 💛

Union Cab was proud to be part of La Fête de Marquette again this year—showing up, pitching in, enjoying the music, and spending time with the community we serve every day.

A huge thank-you to the Union Cab members who volunteered their time and represented the co-op throughout the festival. We’re grateful for every person who stopped by, said hello, shared a ride, spun the prize wheel, or simply helped make the weekend feel like Madison at its best.

Thank you, La Fête, for another beautiful summer celebration.

Local. Worker-owned. Community powered.

La Fête de Marquette is in full swing! If you were there yesterday you might've been lucky enough to have been served a cold beverage by Union Cab's own wearer of many hats co-op member, Marshall!✨

Stop on by the Everything Else Cafe this evening, order up a w**e or C*D bevvie, and say hi to three of our awesome co-op members - we're so thrilled to be a part of this iconic event, and hope to see you there! ⚜️ As always, we're ready to get you to or from the event if you need a ride, just ring us up! 608-242-2000. ,
