We are seeking a Dispatcher Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by booking their rides and provide approximate costs when inquiring about services.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries for transportation needs
Provide information about available services and pricing
Assist with checking paperwork and signing vehicles in or out to drivers
Document and update calls that come in and assign rides to drivers
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
​Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, transportation, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
