What You’ll Do
Recruit CDL Class A drivers for regional and OTR positions
Contact new applicants within minutes whenever possible
Call previous applicants and former drivers to gauge interest
Build relationships with drivers throughout the hiring process
Screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit
Schedule interviews and coordinate orientation
Maintain recruiting activity in our ATS
Follow up consistently with leads through calls, texts, and email
Work with marketing on recruiting campaigns and social media
Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed
Help improve hiring processes and recruiting strategies
What We’re Looking For
Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, or transportation experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
Positive attitude with a competitive drive
Organized and able to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
Comfortable with technology and CRM/ATS systems
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Passion for helping people
Bonus Points If You Have
CDL recruiting experience
Transportation or logistics background
Experience using Tenstreet, IntelliApp, or similar recruiting software
