We have been deliberating on whether or not to post the following, but I think it's time. Do not call us to pick up alcohol, ci******es, or any other type of shopping. That is not what we do. We drive people from Point A to Point B. Most of these calls come in after midnight. The other thing I would like to explain to everyone is our pricing. So anywhere in town within city limits is usually ranges from $8 to $15 and the $15 is very rare. We are pretty comparable with UberX.  Where things get a little bit more expensive is when you need to go out of town. I drove for Uber for six years and they do not treat their drivers very well when it comes to long trips. They pay the driver peanuts for using your own car from Point A to Point B, but after that you are on your own. On your own fuel, on your own wear and tear on your vehicle to get back to Point A. Many occasions we have heard well Uber charges this much. Well hopefully the above explains why we charge more than an Uber X on longer trips. The other problem we face is being lied to by customers who know how much the fare is before we pick them up and when it comes time to pay they don't have anywhere near enough for the fare. Because of this we will require payment at pick up from now on. Again most of these issues happen after 10pm. We have already in just 4 months called the police on one individual who was harassing and threatening us. Another called after 2am yelling at us because we took someone to their house and that person robbed them. We felt horrible but we are not the police and we had no idea the individual was going to do that. We are just sharing these with our followers so that you guys understand some of the stuff we have to deal with. We moved here to provide a service to the town that was needed and we will continue to do that but there could be some changes down the road whether that be pricing or hours of operation. We do have a group of clients that we take to and from work and we will continue to do that. The possible changes that we are looking at is no longer doing service after a certain time of night. We hate to have to do that but we are running into too many issues. We will definitely continue to use our 14 passenger van that takes groups wherever they need to go because we have never had an issue there. We are very sorry for the long post, but we do really appreciate all our followers and our customers from the bottom of our heart.
