We say it a lot, but we really mean it… we have some of the best drivers out there. 👏

A 27% increase in our GreenZone Score doesn’t happen because of a system, it happens because our drivers care.

They care about doing things the right way.
They care about each other.
And they take pride in what they do every single day.

That’s the kind of team we’re building, and I couldn’t be more proud. ❤️

Ralph Moyle, Inc. drivers were hesitant to have video safety tech in-cab, but they reached a turning point: They realized it was there to protect them and make coaching fair. 🤝

The mixed fleet with tractors built our GreenZone Score into their safety program, tied it to bonuses, and kept raising the bar as drivers improved. In one year, their fleet GreenZone Score climbed 27%.

Rob Ludlow said it best: “Our team manager came in and said, ‘The contract’s coming up, what do you think?’ I said, ‘We’re not even going to discuss it. We’re going to renew.'”

We’re excited to share that Ralph Moyle, Inc. has been recognized as a Certified Elite Fleet by the Truckload Carriers Association.

This award recognizes carriers who are committed to supporting their drivers, investing in their people, and building a culture where safety, respect, and reliability come first.

Our HR Manager Casey proudly accepted the award at the conference, representing the entire RMI team.

At RMI, we believe in creating a legacy through service to others, and this honor reflects the dedication of the people who live that out daily.

Last week Ashley, our CEO, testified in support of Michigan House Bills 5125 and 5126 addressing cargo theft, alongside Jill Socasz, President of the Michigan Trucking Association.

Cargo theft impacts more than freight, it affects drivers, customers, operations, and the communities we serve. Ashley was able to provide real-world examples of how these incidents have disrupted our business and created risk within the supply chain.

We appreciate the leadership of the Michigan Trucking Association and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful conversations that support stronger accountability and industry protection.

🚛 2025 Year in Review | Drivers Edition 🚛

In 2025, our drivers didn’t just move freight, they moved mountains.

Here’s a little perspective on what they accomplished this year:
5,000,598 miles driven — that’s the equivalent of going to the moon and back nearly 10 times
626,499 gallons used — enough fuel to almost fill an Olympic-sized swimming pool
13,070 loads delivered — each one representing trust, reliability, and showing up when it mattered most

Add in unpredictable weather, long hours, and constantly changing conditions, and it makes this even more impressive. We’re incredibly proud of the way our drivers continued to prioritize safety, professionalism, and living our core values every mile of the way.

This is Momentum in action.
