Nicki’s days begin early with breakfast and meditation, followed by emails, LinkedIn messages, and prospecting. By mid-morning, she’s connecting with agents, answering questions, and starting conversations that can shape someone’s next big move. 📞

Unlike W2 recruiting, where roles need to be filled quickly, agent recruiting is about timing, trust, and relationships. Agents aren’t just looking for a job — they’re evaluating what’s best for their business and their customers.

“It’s one of the most challenging roles in recruiting — you’re selling to sellers,” Nicki says. “But once you build that trust, everything changes.”

Outside of work, you’ll find her soaking up the Florida sunshine, going for walks, spending time with her husband and cats, watching The Office, and winding down with a good book before going to bed at 9pm. 👵
