Initial Evaluation:
Face-to-face clinical assessment and evaluation.

Recommendation and Referral:
Refer employee to education, treatment, and/or counseling.

Follow-up Evaluation and Testing Schedule:
Face-to-face clinical interview with the employee to determine if the employee demonstrates successful compliance with recommendation(s).
