We are a reputable logistics company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable delivery services in the Memphis, Nashville, and surroundingounding markets. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and are currently seeking a dedicated 26’ Box Truck Driver to join our team.

Job Summary:

The 26’ Box Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating a box truck to deliver local and regional shipments. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a 26’ box truck for local and regional deliveries.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Plan and follow optimal delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.
- Assist with warehouse operations and inventory management as needed.

Qualifications:

- CDL-F or CDL-B preffered but NOT required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Previous experience driving a box truck preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Compensation:

- Percentage based on time and revenue the truck bring in on a weekly basis.
- Pay Range: $850-$1250/wk
- Weekly Payroll

26’ Flatbed and Moffet delivery Truck Driver (CDL- Class B required for this position)

Duties:
- Safely operate a 26’ flatbed with Moffet Forklift piggy-back
- Transport goods and materials to and from specified locations.
- Load and unload cargo using Moffet Forklift and other equipment as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery details.
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate routes and schedules.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Skills:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (CDL-B required)
- Experience operating heavy equipment, such as flatbed, or forklifts.
-Knowledge of route planning and navigation using GPS or maps.
- Ability to safely load, secure, and unload cargo according to regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of loading and unloading freight.

Pay: Driver pay will be percentage based on number of deliveries made, compensation percentage will be based on experience; average weekly pay: $950-$1500.00
