🚌✨ Thank you, Center of Vision Enhancement (COVE) , for joining us for a Travel Training session!

This course highlighted that having a disability or visual impairment doesn’t limit independence—it’s about having the right tools and confidence to keep moving forward.

Participants learned how to navigate The Bus system using the Merced The Bus App, plan trips, and make smooth connections across fixed-route services. Programs like this empower community members and leaders alike with the knowledge and confidence to better support accessible, reliable travel for everyone.

For the attendees, the training sparked a renewed sense of confidence in using public transit. While centered on riders with disabilities and visual impairments, its impact extends to the entire community—encouraging a more inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can navigate transit with greater ease and independence.
