Hi Everyone,

Last night around 5:30pm my father Rich passed away. With the company closing suddenly last year as he became sick, I had no idea this would happen as quickly as it has. I thought to make a post here to let everyone know and to also ask if you find time in your day please leave some memories below. I would like to read some stories about my father and how he may have touched the lives of others. He will be so missed.

I want to say thank you to all the birthday wishes today, I love you all.
Kayla Juliano I love you KK and it's nice knowing a certified lunatic like you has my back.
It was a awesome day of rest. Only complaint from me us that when I was walking by the cemetery two guys with shovels started chasing me, it is tough getting older,.
I'm officially actually going back to the gym to get back into shape it's not because of health issues or that I'll be making a effort to rejoining the dating community it's because the other night a peeping Tom boo'd me.

A message from Rich & Kayla Juliano

We appreciate our clients and friends that have supported us this past year and we wanted to say thank you.
This past year was very difficult because of the economy conditions. Across the board all industries took a hit in this rough environment.
We are all hoping that there will be better days ahead.
We will continue to provide the best pricing and quality available.
We have never had fuel surcharges or outrageous pricing and we will commit to that policy.
I started this company with the goal to provide great service at a family friendly price, we would rather make a small profit and have the clients come back instead of prices that are painful and the clients will be looking for better value in the future.
We can honestly say, as a small business owner, it's not about the money, it's building relationships and being trusted and that is exactly why I'm in your driveways every day.

No Extra charge for delayed planes, these situations happen we are prepared to deal with it.
No extra charge for holding booster/car seats
No extra charge for changes to your reservation

Yes:
We do provide exceptional communication
We try to show up 15 minutes early
We strive to provide you with great customer service
We will always ask you to check for your License and the Passport if needed

Common mistakes made on reservations:
The Am/PM option
Providing a house phone number instead of your cell phone
Providing the wrong return flight number
Example- we typically get the flight number to the first plane on the way home when we are really looking for the actual connection plane landing in Boston

Please if there are any issues please let us know!
We can not fix it if we are not told.
