HIRING
Food Grade Cargo Tank Driver
No touch freight being a cargo tank, connect hose, open product valves, and monitor the loading and unloading. Pump Training provided.

Compensation
• CPM Pay: Depending on experience - $0.52-$0.55
• Average weekly pay: $1,196 - $1,540 (depending on experience)
• Avg miles per week - 2,300 to 2,800 miles
• Load and unload time hourly pay $20 Per Hour for every hour spent at shipper and receiver as long as you are on time. Your time starts at your appointment times. If no appointment time coordinate with ops. If detained beyond 10 hours pay will end for that day
• Paid Detention – Time spent at shipper and receiver $20 per hour if on time for appointment.
• Additional pay: Waiting time, 34-hr restart Break down pay
• Bonuses:
o Annual Discretionary Bonus: Based on time of service and annual wages. This bonus can run from $25.00 for three months to $5,000.00 during your 5th year. Discretionary bonuses paid week before Thanksgiving.
o Recruiting Bonus $.001 for every mile recruit runs up to 6 months no limit on number of recruits.

Routes & Schedule
• Running all 48 states and Canada
• Home Time: As needed, no forced dispatch
Equipment
• Late model VNL Volvo’s Automated Transmissions furnished with Refrigerators Inverters, some APUs
• PrePass in Trucks – Green Light at the Weight Stations
• EZ Pass in Trucks
Qualifications
• Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
• 1 to 2 years Regional /OTR Experience
• Good MVR and safe driving record, including no BACs, DUIs, DWIs, or licensing suspensions for moving violations in the past 3 years
• No Speeding Tickets over 75 mph or higher than 15 mph over the legal speed limit
• Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements and pass all CFI certification class testing and requirements
• Have legal right to work and live in the United States
• Must be located in GA, LA, MS, TN or KY
