****Price increase as of January 1, 2025.
$50 deposits are due at the time of booking and are fully refundable within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up. I.e., if your pick-up is 8 am March 10th, you have until 8 am March 9th to cancel to receive your deposit back.
Payments are due at the completion of service. We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and all major credit cards with a 4% surcharge.
If your flight is delayed, please send updates as soon as possible. If there are delays and no notification is sent, there is a waiting fee of $10 every 15 minutes. You have a grace period for luggage, not for delays unless previously discussed. Please send your full itinerary when booking.
Please book within two weeks of your flight for guaranteed service and rates. If you have a group of four or more, at least one month's booking is advised. ***Same-day booking is $150 to any airport (Midway, O'Hare, or South Bend).
