Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will utilize your knowledge of transportation management and logistics to provide exceptional service while facilitating the smooth operation of our customer and their transportation.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding quotes, modifications and transportation planning.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on driver status and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date trip information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of dispatching procedures and transportation management principles is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
